About Brockloch

Brockloch Farm is an ideal holiday location. Set in unspoilt private pastures and enjoying lovely views of the Galloway Hills, is the perfect base from which to explore the natural beauty of the region. Brockloch Brae is a mixture of farm land, woodland and river. A perfect place to relax and unwind, and to enjoy the wildlife and the wide open spaces.

We are able to offer self catering accommodation in our well appointed cottage or one of several caravan pitches on our first class caravan site which has been certified by the Caravan Club. We are open all year round, providing an ideal family holiday location, especially when you consider the wide variety of activities that abound in the local area. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

The farm has a private stretch of prime salmon and sea trout fishing along a one mile stretch of the river Bladnoch. Shooting and stalking can be arranged provided advance notice is given.

The Wigtownshire area is renowned for the fantastic opportunities for nature watching, especially bird life, with Wigtown Bay and the two RSPB reserves at Wood of Cree and Mull of Galloway.

The farm is located only a few miles west of the market town of Newton Stewart, and just twenty miles away from Stranraer which has quick access to and from Belfast via HSS Stena Voyager fast craft.
